Commish needs advice
In our league an owner withdrew an offer in FA, exported but the offer stayed and the player signed. The owner definitely tried to withdraw the offer two sims in a row. What is the best way to remove the free agent from the team without penalizing the team financial or screwing anything up. I realize the player history will be a bit screwed up but mainly want to put the player back in free agency and give the team back funds. Appreciate any advice as I'm not a seasoned commissioner and don't want to have to load from a backup.
