Edit: I force closed the program without saving anything, and upon re-starting the cards showed up as they should. But now I'm afraid to do anything more until I hear things are working.

You can't lose the cards since they're recorded on the server. Nothing you do on the client should make things worse, unless you sell the cards or something like that
, it's just a matter of whether the lineup changes get through and the server and client synch up correctly.
