As I said in PM before, you shouldn't be getting those while playing out a game. To help with this, can you clarify:
-What specific notification settings are you using?
-What team do you control, and what options do you use (ie. GM-only, GM+manager, etc...)
-What game was being played? Was it your pro team or your minor league team?
-What game options were you using? Were you in full control of your team, or had you delegated some functions to the AI?
The more you let us know, the easier it should be for us to replicate this and figure out what's going on
