Saw this issue in OOTP 19 and figured I'd post about it for OOTP 20 since it seems to be happening again.

Issue: When playing a Historical League, both the Bunting and Hooks for SP/RP reset/don't stick under League Settings > Stats & AI despite 'Automatically adjust league strategy when advancing to next season' being unchecked implying they shouldn't be changing.

Example: 1906 Season. Set up Hooks as +1 (SP) and -2 (RP) while setting Bunting to 'Very Rarely'

Moved to Opening Day for the 1907 Season. Hooks for SP changed to +5, Hooks for RP changed to +2, and Bunting changed to 'Often' but every other option remained the same as expected.

Seems to happen every Historical Game, irregardless of year and whether league strategy is unchecked, and not sure why those 3 don't stay the same while others do.
