I want to have stadiums in my league to be 2000 or so.
Is this possible?

I have set the stadium capacities to 2000 to 3000 capacity in the stadiums' edit.

What controls attendance levels in the game?

Do you have to have financials on to get realistic attendance levels?

If I disable financials, will I get accurate attendance levels, which are based on my stadium capacities?

Appreciate your help and advice.
