Game crashes anytime I click manage inactive cards

I cannot see my inactive cards, all cards I’m opening are going straight to inactive. When i click to see inactives, the game crashes and usually takes me 3-4x to go back into games as it keeps saying cannot sync cards upon reboot. I have newest patch as well.
