Open the directory for your save games.
On Windows its located in the My Documents folder. The complete path is something like this:
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 20\saved_games
Delete the folder named "Start_", your account name and ".pt". For example "Start_VinylScratcher.pt".
You should be able to now play now
