Yesterday, I bought five packs. Each time I went to open one, a screen of a black-and-white baseball field would appear and then the game would crash. I never got to the pack-opening animations. I even turned off the animations and the game still crashed when I went to open a pack.This happened when I clicked on a pack in the "Your Player Card Packs" from the Manager's Home Page or when I clicked on the Open Packs icon next to my user name at the top of the screen.

When I reloaded the game after the crash, I found new, inactive cards - I assume from the pack that just was opened - in the Manage Inactive Cards screen.

Worried this may be a video driver issue, I even updated my video driver. The game still crashed when I opened packs after updating the driver.

Any idea what's going on here?
