Walkers news: May 12 -- Cleveland 6, St. Louis 4

Down 4-0, Springfield used the long ball hitting five home runs over the span of five innings to power its way to a 6-4 win over St. Louis at Cleveland Stadium (1980).
Andrew Benintendi doubled in score in the first inning off Guitar Heros starting pitcher Ryan Crook and Andrew Beninteni hit a bases-loaded double in the second which scored three to help the River Walkers take a 4-0 lead.
But the Heros slowly powered their way back into it.
Austin Rlley led off the bottom of the third with a single off St. Louis starting pitcher Aaron Nola and later scored on a Paul DeJong sacrifice fly.
Nolan Arenado added the first of Cleveland's five home runs, a solo blast, later in the inning to make it 4-2.
In the sixth, Giancarlo Stanton hit a solo homer off Nola to end the right-hander's outing.
Reliever Grant Dayton then gave up back-to-back jacks to Zack Collins and Brian Dozier to make it three long balls in a row and a 5-4 lead for the Heros.
Dozier hit his second homer of the game, another solo blast, this one off Jacob Lindren to make it 6-4.
Crook lasted just three innings for Cleveland, giving up four runs on six hits.
Four relievers combined to finish it off. Alex Lange did the bulk of the working going innings third through the sixh. He earned the win, his second of the season.
Giovanny Gallegos tossed a scoreless seventh inning.
Matt Stahm handled the eighth and got the first out of the ninth.
The final two outs were recorded by Jason Foley, who earned his fifth save.
