It seems to be working as I expect it to. It takes my starters about 4 days (depending on how many pitches they threw) to recover. If they are slightly fatigued when they start their next game, they fatigue faster during game that they would if fully rested. Relievers are as expected. I play historical, major league only.
What are you experiencing?
