Crashing when moving day forward

While clicking the check mark to move the day forward the game will crash. This is a new game starting with live/current rosters playing as the Padres, started on April 23rd. It is random as to how many times I have to click before it crashes but it always does. Sometimes it will crash the first time I click and sometimes it takes 5 or so games. I've only managed to make it to May by saving after every game.

Another thing I noticed is after the crash OOTP never lists my current game under the "Continue" button. It always lists the game I imported from 19(the only other game I have in 20). If I want to play the game that crashed I have to select "Load" and pick it. The imported game seems to work fine. I could just start a new game but I figured you guys might want to figure out what is happening.

I've tried everything listed in the "Crashes or freezing? Read this..." post. The only thing I haven't tried is starting another new game.

I do have the data directory custom set to another drive. I've tried moving it a couple times to different drives and it still crashes so I assume it is not the drive.

No error message except in Event Viewer.
