Here is the situation that happened in my game:

I have runners on First and Third.
There are 2 outs.
Bob Moose(Pitcher) is coming to bat, so I pinch hit for him.
With my new batter at the plate, the runner on first gets picked off, for the 3rd out.
When the next inning starts, Bob Moose takes the mound.
This is incorrect, as he would have been out of the game the second the pinch hitter was announced to hit for him.

Can this be fixed?
