I've been playing since 18, and I'm still kind of bad at developing players (so I feel like at least)...
And any prospects that come through my system, that are worth anything, seem to all be top notch defensive players, but lack offensive skills.
I don't know if there is an effective way to scout beyond hiring a good scout... just want to know people's methods for scouting.
With my franchise player retiring, for the first time in 22 seasons, Im struggling for power on this team, and I can't seem to develop any prospects with power, it just seems like everybody is a contact/defensive player.
