When it tries to advance a day does it just crash to desktop or is it giving you an error?
If it's crashing to the desktop it could be a third party program or anti-virus that is causing the issue. Monitoring programs tend to mess up the game's need to build files to the folders on occasion. Odd that is tried to load the minors and crashes on those. If you'd like i'd love to take a look at your league. If you could upload it to our FTP so I could take a look that would be a good next step.
