fyi - I added some color coding to the level column on the online sheet to hopefully make it a little easier to pick out who needs to friend whom to keep their lists at 30 max (small snapshot attached).... (the things I do at work when I don't want to actually work
of course, I'm on vacation as of 5pm, so not like I planned to work much today anyway)
the 'color formats' tab will also tally up the number of teams in each tier, so you can see how many are ahead/behind your current tier... our current breakdown is:
Iron = 14
Bronze = 5
Silver = 11
Gold = 6
Diamond = 5
Perfect = 1 (left the Freeloaders here until they for sure move back down)
