The Pro League
After the massive success of the Super League over the last 10 years, in 3009 everyone was looking for even more baseball. 6 owners got together and formed 6 new teams to make up the Pro League. These were Targaryen Dragons, Brotherhood of Steel Paladins, The Citadel Council, Liberty City Swingers, LEP Recon and The Wasteland War Boys. As well as bringing in new players to the baseball world, they also provided a place for unwanted free agents to play. The league started slowly with some mediocre baseball but after 4 years people were ready for major change in the baseball world. In 3014 the league added two new teams, Skyrim Nords and Jah Keved Vedens, and opened up promotion to the Super League. The prospect of getting into the Super League was massive for these teams. When there was only 6 teams in the Pro League there was no need for a playoff with every team playing each other 4 times, 2 home and 2 away. To ensure that promotion was truly earned, the league remained without a playoff with promotion being given to the team at the top of the league at the end of the regular season.

In 3014 the teams fought it out to be the first expansion team to get into the Super League. This could change drastically change their future prospects in the baseball world. In the end The Citadel Council finished on top, separated from the Brotherhood of Steel by a single win. When the 3015 season was won by the just relegated Avengers, people worried that the Pro League was just going to be dominated by relegated Super League teams and none of the expanded teams would gain a proper foothold in the baseball world. Luckily those fears were unfounded. In the next 4 seasons, 3 of them were won by original 6 teams. And none of the expansion teams were relegated back down. The makeup of the Super League and Pro League were permanently changed from this point.
The Pro League continued to grow, expanding to 12 teams in the year 3019 and by a further 4 in 3023. The Pro League has remained at 16 teams since then. With the final expansion, the decision was made to add a second promotion place to the Super League for the team who finished in second. While they wouldn't be rewarded with the Pro League trophy they would still find themselves playing in the Super League the following year. This opened the league up for more intense promotion battles allowing even more teams to compete for those coveted spots.
Its difficulat to have any kind of consistent team history in the Pro League as any team who does well gets promoted to the Super League. Eight different teams have won the Pro League and all 32 teams have played in the Pro League at some point. Some a brief dip for a season or two and others have been stuck down there for many seasons. The full promotion and relegation table can be seen below.
Minor Leagues
Each Major league team has two levels of minors for its organization. These provide a place for their backup players to get gametime as well as to develop their young new talent before calling them up to the Major league. The Majors have a ten round draft each year which keeps these minor leagues populated and consistently brings new talent to the league. Both minor leagues have promotion and relegation indepedent of the majors and are split into two 16 team leagues. One team gets promoted and relegated each season depending on their regular season position.
The Reserves league is for the backup players as well as the younger talent which is almost ready for the major league. The Under 21 league (U21) is for newly drafted players still under the age of 21. It gives the younger players a chance to develop in their own league before moving them on. They each play three game series, similar to the majors, but play from Tuesday to Thursday in the middle of the week.
