Unhappy Discrepancy Between Players' Ratings in Scouting Reports & Profile

Across several online leagues I participate in, there appears to be a discrepancy (bug) between a player's ratings as seen in (a) his player profile, (b) the development reports, and (c) the team's scouting reports. These discrepancies can be fairly substantial and make evaluating a player difficult, if not impossible, in some cases. They also render an important part of the game, i.e. tracking the development or decline of players, fairly meaningless.

To illustrate the point, I've included a few snapshots from one particular league demonstrating the discrepancies. The following snapshots are taken on the same date that teams received the monthly "Player Development Report," and a new scouting report, so one would think that the ratings should be consistent across the development update, the scouting reports, and the profiles. They are not.

Example 1:
SP - Braxton Garrett
Development Report:
"Potential Stuff ratings improves from 60 to 65"
"Potential Control rating improves from 55 to 60"

Scouting Report:
Potential Movement at 45

Player Profile:
Potential Stuff: 70
Potential Movement: 45
Potential Control: 60

Example 2:
SP - Sixto Sanchez
Development Report:
"Potential Movement rating drops from 50 to 45."

Scouting Report:
Potential Stuff: 55
Potential Movement: 45
Potential Control: 70

Player Profile:
Potential Stuff: 65
Potential Movement: 50
Potential Control: 70

Example 3:
SS - J.T. Riddle
Development Report:
"Potential Contact rating drops from 50 to 45."
"Potential Eye rating improves from 40 to 45."

Scouting Report:
Potential Contact: 45
Potential Power: 45
Potential Eye: 45

Player Profile:
Potential Contact: 50
Potential Power: 45
Potential Eye: 45

Would love some help on the issue. Thanks!
