I'm also in this league and can echo the comments about it being the best online league I've ever been in. It's a great, active group of GM's (many of whom have been around for several years IRL) who are competitive but also willing to help each other out, especially if you're new.
We've also got a dedicated Commissioner and "League President" (assistant commissioner) who always have the best interests of the league at the top of their list of priorities.
Should you choose to take over one of these teams, you also have the ability to void an existing contract from your team without penalty (or modify a contract to remove a no-trade clause, 10-5 rights, etc.), to give yourself a bit of a foothold while you're getting settled.
