Walkers news: Note from the owner; Poyner to start season on IL
Owner Bill DeWitt Jr., has offered a nice note as the season opens wishing us luck and to finish above .500.
Sounds like the real Cardinals, right there.
Anyway, I hope to make a run at the playoffs.
Also, left-handed reliever Bobby Poyner will begin the season on the injured list with a sore elbow.
Who will fill his roster spot has yet to be determined as I don't play on the official opening day and am still shuffling out my roster.
