Pitch Around and Intentional Walk

Hey all... Playing around with my overall strategy and I realized I'm not too sure what types of stats Pitching Around and Intentional Walk are tied too..

If you're going to set pitch around more towards frequently, would it make sense to have pitchers with high control? My top 3 starters have pretty lousy control so I'm thinking of keeping that rare... Or does that not really even matter?

I was thinking with intentional walks maybe movement would play into that decision? If you've got pitchers with terrible movement, maybe it makes sense to set intentional walk higher to avoid the big bats?

Just guesses! Any insights would be appreciated!
