You might want to check with your game settings. If you go to settings on the main menu you should be able to go to the interface tab. Check and see if the Player Ratings Bars is set to Display Bars or Numbers Only. That might have gotten switched somehow. Let me know if it was set to Numbers only and if that fixes your issue.
