The Atlanta Fire is a successful team in the NBL, however recently they have struggled to find the playoffs (missing the last two years. Lead by Benton "Stone" Brown and Bill Chamberlain, they almost won the word series in 1902, losing in a close game seven.
There is some worry that if they miss the playoffs again, there will be rumblings of discontent.
