The St. Louis River Walkers have called up 24-year-old outfielder Michael Toglia from AAA Memphis, where he was on an injury rehab assignment after spending 10 days on the injury list with an intercostal strain.

Going down to the Redbirds are 23-year-old shortstop Jean Carmona.
Toglia and Carmona were both in the opening day lineup for the Walkers, but have struggled through the first month-plus of the season.
Toglia has batted .213 in 24 games with one homer and eight RBIs.
In his rehab stint in Memphis, he played in three games, batting .286 wit a homer and six RBIs.
Carmona had played in 23 games for St. Louis, batting .206 with five homers and 17 RBIs.
