For a team that looks like they will probably fall short of winning the pennant, it is pretty impressive that the top 4 hitters (batting average) are all members of the Brewers. Now that Ryan Rodgers has had a few more starts lately to get himself into the qualifiers, he is just behind teammate Pat Rondeau for the MGL batting title. With Bobby Erbakan and Andrew Kennedy not far behind.
As a team the Brewers are hitting .295 with an OBP of .351, both tops in the league (and in fact, in all of the WPK) and an OPS of .755, second in the MGL only to the Phoenix Speed Devils, who have hit over 100 HR's more than the Brewers.
And in 8th place is former Brewer Ruben Souffront.
