This has happened to me twice now under the new patch so it seems worth reporting. When opening the application and loading a save, the "the game is loading" screen appears as the background when it shouldn't. The problem is fixed by returning to the start screen and reloading the game for a second time, but it appears to always occur the first time a game is loaded after opening OOTP.

The game is fully functional but this is still a bit annoying.
