Pittsburgh continues their hold over the rest of the National League. Pirates increased the lead thanks to a 5 game skid for the Cardinals. Over in the American League, the
Washington Senators vaulted over the White Sox to the top spot and are still looking for more. Washington is in the midst of a 11 game winning streak. This looks to be
an interest second half of the season.
