If you're in the Perfect tier, every team should either be an OL member or near FTP (if not officially OL, they aren't limited to non-live)
in Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond levels, there aren't enough OL teams obviously to fill all 30 slots, so the rest of the teams are a pot-luck pull of random teams.... so anything goes for their squads, but they aren't counted in the "official" OL win/loss that you'll see posted in this thread
