Can you both let me know what error message you are getting when you attempt to "re-license" the game. We do have two distributors now since eSellerate has closed down shop. I want to make sure you both have the correct versions installed before we go running through troubleshooting. If your key starts with OOTP20 then you're an eSellerate key holder and you'll want to ensure that you downloaded the eSellerate version of our latest patch from the forum thread. Just in case.
If you did and are still getting issues. Or if you are a FastSpring holder and the recent update has caused license issues please do let me know what that error is and we'll start figuring out what has happened and what we need to do.
