I'm relatively inexperienced and would be appreciative of a very basic explanation of all the different levels of minor leagues. How does rookie league, but also an Arizona rookie league and Dominican rookie league work? Also has A+ league.

Wondering how all these minor league teams should best be used for development of prospects.
