Hi, I've played OOTP in year's past, and for some reason in OOTP 20 I can't find how to edit "Baseball Quality" within the game. I genuinely thought I was previously able to edit it in game (either OOTP 17-18 Maybe?) but for some reason can't figure out how now.

Am I stuck having to dig into the xml files bit by bit and manually edit them all? I'm almost 100% certain I was previously able to make the changes for it when making a new custom world file. Was hoping to improve the quality in a few nations, and lower it in a couple others, and wanted to make sure I'm not missing something appallingly obvious.

I'm fine with modifying the xml files (I've done so with other games for years), but I was confused/curious if that function got removed or I'm just not seeing it.

I did some forum searches and was unable to find anything to answer this, I apologize in advance if I overlooked a thread answering it.
