Hello magic bleep-bloop wizards!

An online league I'm in is having an issue with salary retention regarding traded players with team options. In certain (or possibly all) circumstances, retentions are continuing even after a team option has been executed with the acquiring team--which seems to be in contradiction with the manual, and indeed most gameplay I've encountered.

Any help would be great! The file should be uploaded to the FTP shortly and is under the name "ibwdl.zip"
