Injured Pitcher
I was playing a game and, mid-inning, my pitcher got injured. I had no relief pitcher warmed up and was forced to insert a new pitcher whose status was "cold". With predictable results--it was the home half of an extra inning game and my cold pitcher got rocked, costing me, potentially, a victory.
Is this a bug in the game design or, in future, is there some way to get a pitcher warmed up in an emergency like this?
