Not trying to be rude, but it's pretty self-explanatory. In the NHL, when a penalty is committed, the face-off at the start of the PP should be in the offensive zone of the PP team. Instead, the face-off is in the PP team's DEFENSIVE zone. The icon of the puck is in a face-off circle in the PP team's defensive zone and the PBP reflects play beginning from the PP team's defensive zone as well.
