If you look in your installed folder (\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 6 for the Fastspring version, \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Franchise Hockey Manager 6 for Steam), there should be an fhm.ico icon file. If that's not there, you may want to reinstall (or "verify integrity of game files" on Steam.
