This happens with all my teams every week and I only use one computer so its not related to different machines. Maybe its because of using logos other than ones shipped with the game or ones with color schemes attached to the logos? Not sure.
Every Monday morning I log in all the teams, redo uniforms and reset hotkeys F2-F10. Really annoying and time-consuming, but maybe in the great scheme of things, not that big of a deal. But still...
