OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Can't advance in-game during playoffs because of goalie injury

So I'm in 23-24 season with the Senators. First round in the playoffs and my goalie got injured. I can't continue the game because I only have one goalie.
I can't promote from AHL or ECHL.
I tried "AI setup organization" and it didn't help.
I tried using the "play to next day" and other options under the Play menu and those didn't help.

I've no idea what to do and I can't advance in the game now. I'm just stuck.
