Is the strikeout leader supposed to get Perfect Points for most strikeouts in OOTP 19?

My pitcher Mike Scott led the league in K's and did not get anything.
That was one of the servers that crashed. The Championship game just ended actually.

Either way it's no big deal, Had a good season.
