So, this has been an issue going back to OOTP 18. I've been playing the MLB quickstart for the most part and it doesn't seem to be an issue in that, but it is in fictional leagues (which I've just begun playing again). I always change all of the old time facial hair to 0s since I play modern and then save it as the default. A few days later it changes everything (even the ones I didn't change) to 73.
