It's been awhile since I bought OOTP (maybe 7-8 years) so I am curious to try the pro-rel and have a fictional league in mind with three tiers augmented by a few regional independent leagues. But I am wondering , considering the AI is probably configured to operate within the MLB construct, is it able to make "reasonable" decisions when operating in a pro/rel league? I.e. does it do a fire sale when it looks like the team is going down? Do players themselves look to make a move if their team is relegated etc.? Thanks in advance for any help shedding light on the subject.
