Hey guys, I was wondering if the random values assigned to my park were actually working or not during tournaments. They keep changing from one tournament to the other, and even if I modify them they change to other values as soon as the tournaments starts.

If they don't apply and it's a neutral park it's fine but if they do, it's kind of complicated to build an effective strategy every time you enter a tourney.
