Maybe instead of a 100 Ozzie as a reward, they make the reward a Diamond Gibson.
Instead of a 100 Smoltz, the reward is a 96 Dusty. Instead of a Harry Heilmann, a 97 Freehan.
You get the idea. Use tournaments as a mechanism to get more of the bottleneck cards out there.
