1989 Top 100 Prospects
After signing with the Royals as the 1st pick in the 1988 draft, Braylen Gaines takes the reins as the first overall prospect. Five of his six pitches are already nearly MLB-ready and he looks to take a huge step this year.
Dylan Elmore follows Gaines just as he did in the draft. He signed with the Rangers and will play in their Rookie league this year.
