[Cod]

In the past few days, I've been unable to play the Steam version of the game. When I click play, the "Preparing to launch Out of the Park Baseball 20" windows quickly pops up/goes away, then Steam's overlay resets like nothing happened.

1) PC
2) Win10
3) Steam
4) Ryzen 5 2600, RX580 8GB, 16GB memory
5) Immediately on startup. It crashes every time I try to start the game.
6) n/a
7) I am unable to generate a trace file because the game doesn't even start to load.

Of note, I verified all the files and uninstalled/reinstalled with no luck.
