July 1st 1941 Update
So far in the season it has been almost all Ted Williams and the New York Giants. in June the Giants reeled off 10 and 8 game winning streaks. Williams was named Batter of the
Month for going hitting .411 helping to post a 24-6 outing. But not so in the American League as a mid season race is happening as three teams are vying for the top spot.
