Those Speed Devils I mentioned play in one of the more extreme hitter's parks in the league and while they do have some great sluggers, their offense is likely not quite as good as it looks while their beleaguered pitching staff is probably not as inept as they look. Don't get me wrong, the Speed Devils staff would be pretty mediocre even in a great pitcher's park (see, the San Francisco Velocity's Bank of the West Ballpark), but not quite as atrocious as they are now.

Same with the North Stars?
You're absolutely correct - it's easily the friendliest in the league with the park in Phoenix being a close second, and Houston's park in a not-so-distant 3rd.
