Is there some reason this report works differently in different leagues?

Report->Open in Browser will (in some leagues) produce a list of all the players on all of the teams in the league. 1725 rows in my current league, for example.

In other leagues, it will produce a single page of the (alphabetically "A") players, only the first 21 rows of data, and break off,

In either case, the full report opens fully on-screen.

And it's a league to league thing. most years it's "broken" in one of my three leagues, but works fine in the other two.

A little thing, but annoying.
