This is well documented in the general discussions, but I thought I'd post it here just in case. OSA's scouting of prospects' overall potential is 100% accurate on every player. Basically looking at the OSA's overall potential rating of a player is looking at the true potential. Please get this fixed. Or just remove OSA potential ratings entirely.
