I've logged out several times and rebooted the game but Q-Open-Bo5-T16-ID668 has been stuck on Preparing status all morning since at least 10:30am eastern. Never happened to me before. Unable to exit tourney or join another one. Any suggestions what is going on here? Or if there is another place to report this? Thanks!
