Bill Horne was a second baseman and shortstop in the Negro Leagues from 1938 through 1946, playing mostly for the Cleveland Buckeyes and Chicago American Giants. The word "Giants" may be read in the jerseys behind Horne in the photo, so it is assumed that he is wearing a Chicago American Giants uniform. The photo comes from the Seamheads.com website.
