"Can't download Perfect Team data..."
I'm experiencing the same error message, although nothing changed on my computer. It just stopped working and i was getting the same error message. It's been 2 weeks and I don't think this is temporary.
Do you have step by step instructions on what you did to fix this problem? I have no idea where my custom folder is located. Or if you have customer service's number that would work also. I can't seem to find that information.
